As Project Manager of FIM 2026, he coordinates the overall concept of the event, its thematic structure, strategic partnerships, and the operational implementation of the forum.

Gabriel Moiceanu is the President of the Federation of Intercommunity Development Associations, the representative organization of associative structures that coordinate public utility services at local and regional level. His involvement in the FIM 2026 Organizing Committee reflects the essential role of Intercommunity Development Associations and local public authorities in the implementation of environmental policies and in the operation of public environmental services.

Dr. Ionel-Ilie Ciuclea is the President of the Romanian Association for Sanitation and Waste Management, a professional organization that brings together operators and specialists in the sanitation and waste management sector. Through his expertise, he contributes to shaping debates on public sanitation services, professional standards, and the adaptation of the sector to new European legislative requirements.
