1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the relations between SC RECICLYNG INTERNATIONAL MAGAZINE S.R.L., a limited liability company, based in Com. Surani, no. 107, Prahova, Romania ("the Company", "RIM" or "We") and the persons who use ("the User") the website www.fimromania.ro ("the Site" or " fimromania.ro ") and/or the services offered by the Company through the Website ("Services").

1.2. Accessing and using the Site, including any page or their component sections, or any Service provided through the Site can only be done in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, which include the Data Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy .

1.3. FOR THE USE OF THE SERVICES, WE MAY REQUEST THE USER TO EXPRESS THEIR AGREEMENT WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THROUGH A SPECIFIC ACTION, WHICH HAS THE MEANING OF AN UNEQUIVOCAL CONSENT (E.G. CHECKING THE SPECIFIC BOX "I HAVE READ AND AGREE WITH PSYCHOLOGIES.RO TERMS AND CONDITIONS" ).

Users can request a subscription by following the steps / methods described in the Subscriptions section. Subscriptions for magazines in print format are available both to Website Users and to people who do not use or access the Website.

1.7. Respect the terms and conditions (rules) mentioned in this set of Terms and Conditions, you will be exclusively responsible for everything you undertake in connection with fimromania.ro

2.1. The articles (texts + images) published by RIM are protected by laws regarding intellectual property rights (such as - but not limited to: L8/1996 regarding copyright and related rights, L84/1998 regarding trademarks and geographical indications). The reproduction of any written or illustrative material from these articles is strictly prohibited without the prior consent of the publisher.

2.2. The information contained in these articles, as well as the information coming from advertising banners or promotions, contests contained in the infomediu.eu website are protected by the laws regarding intellectual property rights, listed above. Visitors or members of the fimromania.ro site have no right to take over, sell, reproduce or distribute materials from the fimromania.ro site, unless otherwise explicitly stipulated by RIM in the respective material.

3.1. By creating an account on fimromania.ro, users are offered the following facilities:

  1. a) The possibility to post comments on the Site and in the forum
  2. b) The possibility to connect and interact with the other members of the infomediu.eu community

3.2. Users (registered) are exclusively responsible for the content of their messages.

3.3. In order to establish a communication link based on decency and mutual respect in the comments section provided by www. fimromania.ro, we ask all users to take into account the following rules:

 

  1. a) Do not use indecent language; insults of any kind are not allowed; It is not allowed to use names that contain insults, trivialities, vulgar words;

  3. c) Posts containing discrimination are not allowed, regardless of whether they refer to sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, etc.;
  4. d) All messages express only the point of view and opinions of their authors; the entire responsibility, from a legal point of view, rests entirely with the authors both in the case of the articles posted on infomediu.eu and the messages and materials uploaded by the site's users;
  5. e) To be able to respond individually to different posts, please fill in your real e-mail address;
  6. f) Messages must be strictly to the point and not have more than 1,000 characters;
  7. g) Any deviation from this regulation will lead to the deletion or modification of the posted message;
  8. h) Account name: The use of names with sexual connotations is not allowed;
  9. i) It is not allowed to use offensive names for various social categories;
  10. j) it is prohibited to broadcast defamatory, threatening, vulgar, obscene, inciting to racial hatred, ill-intentioned, inaccurate, or in any way contrary to the law, both within the forum and in any other place on the website .
  11. k) it is forbidden to use the information provided by the other members to obtain material benefits or for commercial purposes.
  12. l) it is forbidden to gather/collect personal data about the other Users of the Site;
  13. m) It is not allowed to use names that, through their content, advertise various websites, companies or products; in general, it is forbidden to use the information from fimromania.ro for commercial purposes, except in cases where you have the prior written consent of RIM;
  14. n) it is prohibited to post, upload or transmit in any way on Psychologies.ro illegal materials or materials that do not comply with the applicable legislation, including the legislation on copyright, trademarks or other industrial property rights;
  15. o) it is forbidden to use fimromania.ro for the purpose of promoting illegal activities, or providing information related to illegal activities; otherwise, RIM reserves the right to take the measures it deems appropriate, including notifying the authorities;
  16. p) it is forbidden to use the ro site for posting or transmitting advertising, promotional or "spam" messages;
  17. q) Messages containing personal data such as phone numbers, addresses, CNP, BI/CI series, messenger IDs, e-mail addresses are not allowed;
  18. r) it is forbidden to claim that you are another person, represent another institution or falsely claim that you are affiliated with a person or institution;
  19. s) We reserve the right to use on this Site the images and texts posted on the Site by (registered) Users.

3.4. For non-compliance with these rules by Users, RIM reserves the right to deny access to the Site and or to any of the Services offered.

3.5. RIM does not control, it only supervises the content of the messages sent on the site, so RIM does not guarantee the quality or veracity of the information written by Users in the messages posted on the Site.

 

  1. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

4.2. RIM does not guarantee that the information entered by website users is real, correct and does not assume responsibility for the way visitors use it;

4.3. RIM does not guarantee that the information or services on fimromania.ro will satisfy all the visitors' requirements;

4.4. RIM does not assume responsibility for the results obtained by visitors as a result of the use of information or services from fimromania.ro, the use of information and services from fimromania.ro is done at your own risk;

4.5. RIM does not guarantee that the services in fimromania.ro will work constantly, without interruption, without errors;

4.6. RIM does not assume responsibility for any damages that Users may have due to the temporary or defective functioning of the fimromania.ro site or for the use of information obtained by using the links from fimromania.ro to other sites (the use of is at the discretion of the Users).

REGISTERED USERS WILL BE NOTIFIED REGARDING THE OPERATION OF SOME UPDATES / CHANGES IN THE T&C AND THEY WILL BE ASKED TO EXPRESS THEIR AGREEMENT REGARDING THE UPDATED T&C.

5.2. TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO THE SITE AND USE OF THE SERVICES, THE USER MUST CHECK THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE EACH TIME OF ACCESS TO PSYCHOLOGIES.RO.
