REGISTRATION CONDITIONS:
The participation form must be completed and sent to the email address: office@fimromania.ro before 01.03.2026. After 01.03.2026, registrations will only be accepted subject to seat availability.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Only cancellation letters sent by post before 15.02.2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees. After this date, refunds will no longer be possible. Only electronically signed forms will be considered.
*NOTE: By signing the Participation Form, the applicant commits to participate in the INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL FORUM.
